BZDR Shop Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.bzdr.shop (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

All products, services, descriptions, pricing, images, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. BZDR Shop reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at its discretion.
Reasonable efforts are made to display products accurately, but actual colors, textures, print placement, sizing, and appearance may vary depending on the product, material, manufacturing process, or the customer's device display.
Made to Order Items
Many items sold through the Site are made to order, printed after purchase, or prepared specifically for fulfillment after an order is placed. Because of this, processing and production times may vary from order to order.
By purchasing through the Site, you acknowledge that made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production or fulfillment has begun, except as required by law or where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.
Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not mean the order has been accepted. BZDR Shop reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or issues with payment or shipping information.
If an order is canceled after payment has been authorized or captured, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for the order. BZDR Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Fulfillment and Shipping
Orders may be fulfilled from BZDR Shop's own operations or by third-party production, warehousing, or shipping partners acting on its behalf. Estimated production, processing, and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
BZDR Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supply chain interruptions, high order volume, address errors, production delays, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer to the extent permitted by law upon transfer to the shipping carrier or upon delivery, as applicable.
Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. BZDR Shop is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, refusal, or failure to claim delivery, reshipment may require additional shipping charges and may be subject to product availability.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. Because some items may enter production quickly, BZDR Shop cannot guarantee that change or cancellation requests can be honored.
Once an item has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, the order may no longer be changed or canceled.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Because many items are made to order, returns or exchanges are not guaranteed for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size selected by the customer, preference changes, or ordering mistakes, except where required by law.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the item ordered, the customer must contact BZDR Shop within **7 days of delivery** and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence where applicable.
If a claim is approved, BZDR Shop may, at its discretion:
- Replace the item
- Issue a full or partial refund
- Provide store credit
- Offer another reasonable remedy
BZDR Shop reserves the right to investigate claims and request documentation before approving a replacement, refund, or other remedy. In some cases, return of the item may not be required.
Product Sizing and Variations
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information before ordering. Minor differences in color, print placement, stitching, trim, scale, or texture, as well as differences between digital mockups and the final physical item, are normal variations and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, product layouts, page elements, trademarks, and software, is owned by or licensed to BZDR Shop and is protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
No right, title, or interest in Site content is transferred to you except for the limited right to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services. Access to third-party services is provided for convenience only. BZDR Shop does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, products, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BZDR SHOP DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BZDR SHOP AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, THE PRODUCTS, OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BZDR SHOP FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, ANY ORDER, OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BZDR Shop and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, violation of law, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Privacy
Use of the Site is also subject to the BZDR Shop Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [INSERT STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict of law rules.
Dispute Resolution

BZDR Shop may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
